Santa Barbara Courthouse

Historic, Spanish style building that is open to the public. Free tours offered daily (except Sunday) at 2pm, at the information booth.

Santa Barbara Mission
2201 Laguna St.
Established in 1786, the SB Mission is the 10th of 21 California Missions founded by the Spanish Franciscans, and is still in use today with services still being held weekly. Entrance and self-guided tours, 9a-5p, daily: $5, $4 for seniors, $1 for children 5-15

Casa de la Guerra
15 E. De la Guerra St. (half a block off of State St.)
Built in 1819, this is the house of one of the most wealthy and influential citizens of Santa Barbara, the fifth Presidio comandante, José de la Guerra. Central to Santa Barbara civic and social life, and now is open as a museum. Hours are Sat. and Sun. 12p-4p. Admission is $5.

Transportation

Santa Barbara Downtown Waterfront Shuttle
The Downtown Waterfront Shuttle is sponsored by the City of Santa Barbara to provide frequent bus service along the busy State Street and Waterfront area. Downtown Waterfront Shuttle buses (marked with the blue and black sailboat symbol) travel on State Street from Sola Street to Stearns Wharf. There is a 25 cent fare.
